Homebodies is proud to offer the public its physical rehabilitation training program, which for the past 25 years has been instrumental in restoring numerous clients to their pristine lifestyle.

In order to optimize the treatment we provide, we can work in conjunction with your physician or physical therapist, and are more than willing to conduct our program at your home or fitness center, whichever you may prefer.

Our rehabilitation exercises are comprised of:

  1. Endurance exercises such as rowing, biking and treadmill work

  2. Yoga or Pilates

  3. Wall slides to strengthen quads and thigh muscles.

  4. Exercises on unstable surface so as to improve balance

Irrespective of the source of your affliction, be it an accident or disease, a NYC personal trainer at Homebodies will do his or her utmost to revert your body to good health.
